Jacobs Statement on Escalating Russian Aggression Against Ukraine

San Diego, CA - Congresswoman Sara Jacobs (D-CA-53) releases the following statement on escalating Russian aggression against Ukraine:  

“Putin's decision to deploy military forces to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions - and to recognize them as independent - is an undeniable act of escalation. Putin should reverse course immediately and I applaud the Biden Administration’s swift and proportional response to support Ukraine.”

Jacobs is a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and the House Armed Services Committee.
