Statement from Congresswoman Jacobs on Meeting with President of Taiwan Tsai Ing-wen
Washington, D.C. - This week, Congresswoman Sara Jacobs (D-CA-53) met with Tsai Ing-wen, the President of Taiwan, as part of an official congressional delegation trip to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. On Thanksgiving, Jacobs served Thanksgiving lunch today to servicemembers at Camp Humphreys in Pyeongtaek, South Korea
The bipartisan trip was organized by House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs Chairman Mark Takano (D-CA-41). Congresswoman Jacobs is a member of the House Armed Services Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
